You can order 24 hours a day in our online shop. Using the search function you can quickly find the product you are looking for. You can add or delete goods to your shopping basket & you have a clear overview of the articles you have ordered. To complete your order you must agree to accept our Terms & Conditions. All prices are in Euro. Other currencies are only as a guide and for your convenience only. All orders will be charged in Euros. Once you have made an order you will automatically receive confirmation of your order aswell as your customer number & password. Use your customer number & password to save time when you next shop at Toy Spectrum.

Payment Germany

 

Your choice of payment is either Paypal, Cash on Delivery or Direct Debit.
We accept credit card payment from Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
If you are already a customer at Toy Spectrum you can order by Invoice. You will receive your invoice with your order & a transferal form. The total amount must be transferred to our account within 14 days of receipt of goods. You can follow the status of your order online.

Payment foreign orders

 

Payment must be made in advance for foreign orders. You can pay by Credit Card. We accept Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard & American Express. You can pay by cheque (Eurocheque max. Euro 204,52). You can also transfer the amount to our account. As soon as we have confirmation of payment, your goods will be shipped to you.

Orders from outside the European Union are free from Tax (Value Added Tax rate 19%).

Delivery costs in Germany

 

Delivery costs are Euro 5,00 ($6,30). For orders above Euro 50,00 ($63,00) delivery is free.

Shipping costs EU & World wide

 

As world wide shipping fees vary, we will notify you of the correct shipping fees due by email. See Terms & Conditions. Please note that small parcels up to 2 kg are dispatched economy land/sea and can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. We can of course send your order by Air Mail at your request which is much faster.
