General Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions for services & mail order deliveries from Toy Spectrum are
as follows, unless otherwise stated under written agreement with the customer. The same applies to any changes & additions made to these terms & conditions. With this publication
all previous terms & conditions are invalid.
All prices are in EURO & include the relevant 19% VAT (Value Added Tax) for Germany.
Other currencies are only as a guide and for your convenience only. All orders will be charged in Euros.

Ordering & Minimum order limit

You can order online, per e-mail, telephone or fax. We have no minimum order limit.
Your choice of payment is either Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (Nachnahme), Direct Debit
(Bankeinzug) or Paypal. If you are a registered customer at Toy Spectrum you can order by Invoice. You will receive your invoice with your order & a transfer form. The total amount
must be transferred to our account within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Choose Paypal in your shopping basket. This is the easiest and safest method of payment.
Just register with Paypal after checking out.
Delivery costs are Euro 5,00 ($6,30). For orders above Euro 50,00 ($63,00) delivery is free.
Orders from outside the European Union are free from Value Added Tax (rate 19%).
Payment must be made in advance for all foreign orders.
You can pay by Credit Card. We accept EuroCard, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. You can pay by cheque (Euro cheque max. EURO 205,00).
You can transfer the amount to our account. As soon as we have confirmation of payment, your goods will be shipped to you.

As world wide shipping fees vary, we will notify you of the correct shipping fees due.

Return of goods in Germany, 14 day money back guarantee.
|
You may return all goods for whatever reason, unused & in the original packing, if you
cancel your order in written form via e-mail or letter within 14 days of delivery. Packages without postage paid will not be accepted. Postage fees will be reimbursed to you if a
mistake is made on our part in the delivery, or if the goods were damaged, or if the amount of the returned goods are above 40,00 EURO.
Please note:
if the amount of the returned goods is under EURO 40,00 we can not give you a refund for postage.
Please retain your postal receipt as proof of postage.

Return of goods world wide, 30 day money back guarantee.
|
You may return all goods for whatever reason, unused & in the original packing. Please let
us know in written form via e-mail or letter within 30 days of delivery. The only cost to you is the Postage.
Please note: Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed to you from outside Germany. We will of
course give you a refund if a mistake is made on our part in the delivery, or if the goods were damaged.
Please retain your postal receipt as proof of postage.
Please report any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt.
We do our best to offer you a quick & reliable service. Orders will normally be ready &
shipped within 24 hours. Should any goods be unavailable from our manufactures, please allow up to 21 days until shipping. Otherwise our dispatch time is 14 days. Please order in
plenty of time at peak seasons such as Easter & Christmas to avoid disappointment.
Normal delivery time with the German Postal Service (DHL) for parcels over 2 kg is usually
3-4 weeks worldwide. These parcels are insured and can be traced should they get lost. Tracing a parcel is a very long process and takes the Post Office 8 weeks. We’ve never lost a parcel up to this day!
We will automatically send small orders up to 2 kg as a “Small Parcel” (economy/land/sea). These parcels are not insured and cannot be tracked or traced. We
do not accept any responsibility for loss of small parcels, and no refund can be given. Delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
If you prefer to have your parcel insured, please let us know and we can send it as a
normal parcel. This is then the same price as a normal parcel from 2-5 kg.
We can of course send all parcels by Air Mail, DHL Express or Fedex at your request which is
much faster. Extra shipping costs will be charged to your account for these extra services.

Our manufacturers offer quality & reliability for their products. In addition we offer our
guarantee. We provide a 24 month guarantee from the date of invoice for all our products that have been used under normal conditions. Defects due to any abnormal conditions of use, are not included in this guarantee.
Most of our products are hand made individually. They are not mass produced. Therefore
occasional discrepancies are to be found.
Goods from our manufacturers are environmentally friendly packed, mainly in cellophane.
Except in certain cases where it is not practical. We try to use recycled cardboard boxes for shipping whenever possible, as well as other recycled packing material to reduce wastage.
All orders & delivery contracts within Germany or abroad are subject to German law.
All goods delivered remain the property of Toy Spectrum until full payment is made.
